Pizza was delicious, cheesy and meaty, if a tad greasy but so is life when you order a meat lovers. Jets cheese sticks are so good as well, little crunch to the pizza which is perfect for the Detroit style they’re known for. They also have thin and regular crust as well as square and pie cut so options are endless!

Review is purely based on customer service as the pizza is delicious. Went yesterday to pick up an order. No one else there, but me and my 1 year old. Stood there for about 5 minutes, my son wasn't quiet and the door rings when you walk in. I say that to say they knew I was there when I entered. Multiple people there looking at me, walking back and forth. Finally, I asked if someone was going to help me, the response I received was "I'm just a delivery driver, it's my first day, I don't know what I am doing". Sorry, but that is certainly not customer oriented. I think he could see the annoyance on my face and shouted out if someone could help me.Anywho, I will be back because I enjoy the pizza, but certainly didn't enjoy the customer experience.

Pizza is good but their online and phone ordering systems NEVER work. They pretty much gave up on an actual sign in and let you order as a guest but now the payment system fails when you try to check out. I've probably tried to order 20 times and gave up to eat somewhere else when their system wouldn't work.
